She leads the full project cycle across 45 communities in Kumbungu District, overseeing everything from community entry and training to execution, monitoring, and reporting. A core responsibility is Stakeholder Engagement, facilitating collaboration and ensuring community buy-in.

She also supports other key initiatives like BRIDGE and GREP, and contributes to research on climate change, food insecurity, and Focus Group Discussions with girls under the Power Her Potential Programme.

 Zeckia’s expertise is in Community Mobilization, delivering high-quality field activities, and specialized facilitation of dialogues on Gender Equity, GBV Prevention, and SRHR Advocacy using concepts like GMF and REFLECT Methodology.

 She is skilled in data collection, documentation, and ensuring timely project reports.
