Advancing social justice, gender equality and poverty reduction

Local Rights Programme

Implemented in Nanumba South and North Districts with ActionAid Ghana, the Local Rights Programme focuses on three mission priorities:

  • Strengthening resilient livelihoods and climate justice

  • Reducing unpaid care work and preventing violence against women and girls

  • Promoting gender responsive public education and reproductive health rights

Activities include girls club support, sponsorship coordination, sensitisation on decent work, agricultural fairs and community advocacy.
