Key Responsibilities: Coordinates and provides leadership to the Finance Department of the organisation and manages the Accounting systems, policies, and procedure in compliance with the Organisation’s established accounting Standard, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards.The S.F.M is responsible for reviewing financial documentation and report prepared under donor project in order to avoid Audit quiries. Also, the S.F.M is in charge of Financial Reporting of the organization and lead the annual audit of the organization.
