Rafiatu Abdul Rauf is the Gender, Youth, Social Inclusion & Influencing Manager at Songtaba, where she works in community engagement, project implementation, and advocacy initiatives across Northern Ghana. She supports the coordination of SRHR programming, stakeholder coordination, capacity building, and youth-led empowerment projects, including the BRIDGE and HEARD initiatives.

Her expertise spans gender equality, adolescent health, community mobilization, evidence-based advocacy, and program design. She has a strong professional interest in advancing the rights of girls, women, and marginalized groups through locally driven, culturally grounded approaches. Rafiatu is passionate about youth leadership, social justice, and creating inclusive systems that enable young people, especially girls to thrive.
