Planning, executing, and monitoring project activities aligned with the org’s strategic goals.

Liaising with stakeholders — partners, donors, local communities — to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Tracking project budget and deliverables, flagging risks & putting mitigation steps in place.

Reporting progress and outcomes to management and donors with clear, data‑driven insights.

Supporting capacity‑building workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for team and beneficiaries.

Key competencies: project cycle management, results‑based monitoring & evaluation, stakeholder engagement, budget & resource allocation, strong written & verbal communication (especially in local context —  “English & Twi”).
