Climate Resilience & Decent Work

Climate-smart farming training, VSLA 2.0 and soap-making/social enterprise support to boost incomes and food security for women smallholder farmers. (400 SH farmers trained; social enterprise textile & soap work).

Who We Are

About Songtaba

Songtaba was established in 2005 as a women’s rights organization based in the Northern Region of Ghana. The organization works to promote gender equality, the rights of women and children, and to end all forms of discrimination and violence.

Over the years, Songtaba has implemented programs that support women’s economic empowerment, access to justice, education for girls, and the inclusion of marginalized groups in decision-making processes.
